Nicholas Ponzini, the founder and CEO graduated cum laude from New York Law School and blends his accounting and legal background to provide his clients with a multidiscipline approach to tax and business planning.  Nicholas is an avid fan of Formula 1 and is a successful amateur racer is his own right.  

Christopher, is qualified professional with over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry. He is proficient in all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounting. Christopher is committed to providing our clients with the highest quality bookkeeping services, and is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. 

Melinda is responsible for ensuring that our clients have a positive and seamless experience working with our firm. She coordinates all aspects of client communication, from initial inquiries to final deliverables. She is also responsible for managing our client relationships and ensuring that our clients are always satisfied with our services.
